Q: I am printing labels or envelopes and a blank spot covers part of my city/state/zip line. Why does this happen?

Q: After I install either HCO972K.EXE or HCO982K.EXE, I get an error saying something like XMASCARD.EXE cannot find the file PREFS.DBF. Why does this happen?
A: This happens if you downloaded and installed either the upgrade from version 97 or 98. These two upgrade are meant for users of previous version. If you have never installed and used Holiday Card Organizer, then you should download and install the FULL version (HCO2003.EXE). If you have encountered this problem, please download and install the full version.
Q: When I go to print labels, envelopes or cards, the word "unregistered" prints on all of the addresses and text.
A: This happens if you are an unregistered user. The printing function has been altered to allow you to see what the printout looks like without paying to register the program. If it looks good to you, and you would like to print without the "unregistered" message, then follow the registration instructions listed in the program
Q: When using version 98A, 98B, or 98C I get an error when trying to print directly to an envelope.
A: This problem was fixed in version 98D. Please update your software to the new 2003 version that can be found on the download page.
Q: None of my problems are listed here. What should I do?
